Ongoing Support & Advisory

Keep the standard, once it’s been set.

Why this exists

A CX Interrogation, a Snapshot, even the free CX Score, they’re all a single point-in-time read. They tell you where things stood on the day you looked, not what’s still true six months later. In that time, new staff have started without ever being told what the standard actually is. A habit that used to be automatic has quietly stopped happening. A competitor’s changed something and you haven’t noticed yet. None of that shows up unless something is actually watching for it, that’s why ongoing support is vital, the part of the business that keeps watching after the initial work is done.

Two ways we do that, built for different things

Ongoing CX Testing & Tracking

Regular, independent CX Testing and reporting, so you’re not relying on memory or gut feel to know whether the standard’s holding. It answers one specific question, on a schedule: is this still true?
Feedback and reviews get watched for patterns, not just individual complaints, and your competitors get tracked so you know if you’re gaining ground or losing it before it shows up in your numbers. The outcome isn’t another one-off report, it’s a trend line you can actually watch move.

Life Support Advisory

Running a business is genuinely isolating, decisions land on you, and there’s rarely anyone impartial to test them against before you act on them. Life Support Advisory is a standing relationship, not a one-off call, someone who already knows your business, your history and your context, and will tell you the truth rather than what’s easiest to hear. CX-led, because that’s usually where it starts, but open to whatever’s actually on your plate that week.
Think of it as your ‘phone a friend’ and the person always in your corner.

Don’t know where to start?
