Business Operations Toolkit and Owner Continuity Toolkit – Licence Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE TOOLKIT.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Business Operations Toolkit or the Owner Continuity Toolkit (the “Toolkit”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Toolkit.

1. Licence Grant

Business Life Support grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Toolkit for internal business purposes only. This licence allows you to:

  • Edit and customise the templates for your own business use.
  • Share the materials internally with staff members and contractors as needed for business operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, license, sub-license, distribute, or otherwise make the Toolkit or its contents available to any third party.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original Toolkit materials.
  • Use the Toolkit in any way that violates Australian laws or intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials within the Toolkit remain the intellectual property of Business Life Support. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Disclaimer

The Toolkit is provided “as is” and is intended for general business guidance only. Business Life Support makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Toolkit. You are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate and legally compliant for your specific business needs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Life Support is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Toolkit.

6. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Toolkit from your systems.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

By downloading the Toolkit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Licence Agreement.
